Review by hotel critic
As an environmental advocate, I always seek places that share my eco-friendly mindset, and this hotel did not disappoint. One morning, I enjoyed a good continental breakfast, with fresh pastries that felt like a taste of home-perfect for a Bristolian like me. Each bite contained a hint of creativity, from the local cheeses to the organic fruits. The restaurant's ambiance contributed significantly to the overall experience. The cozy, yet sophisticated, decor paired with soft lighting created an inviting atmosphere, making it easy to linger and savor the flavors. Dinners were equally enticing, revolving around seasonal ingredients sourced from local markets. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful presentation of each dish, which showcased not just the food, but the culinary innovation behind every recipe. If you're a fellow food enthusiast looking for a sustainable escape, Prins Hendrik provides the perfect blend of culinary excellence and eco-conscious dining. Enjoying these meals elevated my experience, and I left feeling both satisfied and inspired for my next adventure. Highly recommend!
